1. Click on the ‘Book Now’ button.

2. Log-in to your online account, or click “Register” to create an online account.

3. You must purchase a package, or have available sessions prior to scheduling an appointment. To make a purchase, select the desired package at the bottom right of the page, click “Purchase Package”, and follow the on screen instructions to complete your purchase.

4. To schedule an appointment, select treadmill – 1 session from the drop down menu above the calendar. Then select an available date you would like to book. To the right a list of available times will be displayed. Click “Select” and follow the on-screen instructions to finish your request. If you would like to request an appointment time on a weekend or a time that isn’t showing availability, please send an email to admin@elev8hockeyperformance.ca and we will review the request on an individual basis.
