U9 – U11 – U13 – U13 prep camp

Cost: $250 – $295

5 – 1 hour of ice sessions featuring:

• Turning, pivoting and transitional skating
• Offensive and defensive skating skills
• Balance, edge control and multi directional first few steps
• Puck handling, passing and shooting skills
• Full ice hockey transitions
• 5 dryland sessions (U11 and up)
• U13 prep camp consists of power skating, individual and team tactics, and flow drills to prepare players for upcoming tryouts.

Times & Age Groups:

U9: $250 – on ice 9:30am – 10:30am

U11: $295 – dryland sessions 9:15am – 10:00am, on ice 10:45 – 11:45a

U13: $295 – dryland sessions 10:30am – 11:15am, on ice 12:00pm – 1:00pm

U13 Prep: $295 – dryland sessions 11:45am – 12:30pm, on ice 1:15pm – 2:15pm

• This camp is for players that want to get faster and smarter with and without the puck.
• Precision Passing, Puck Control, Shooting to Score and High Performance Skating
• Step by step progressions that will allow players to gain more control and confidence with the puck while stick handling,
• Full ice hockey transitions
• 5 dryland sessions (U11 and up)
• U13 Prep Camp consists of power skating, individual and team tactics, and flow drills to prepare players for upcoming tryouts.

Times & Age Groups:

U9: $250 – on ice 10:00am – 11:00am

U11: $295 – dryland sessions 9:45am- 10:30am, on ice 11:15am – 12:15am

U13: $295 – dryland sessions 11:00am – 11:45am, on ice 12:30pm – 1:30pm

U13 Prep: $295 – dryland sessions 12:15pm – 1:00pm, on ice 1:45pm – 2:45pm
