OUR MISSION

Our training methodology develops our players overall balance and technique to maximize performance in all game situations with and without the puck. Speed and control wins races, battles and games. An EH Performance trained player will retain information with ease because we educate players why, when and where we perform specific skating skills depending on the individuals body type and game situation.

Drills & Skills 2021

EH Performance is proud to announce Skills & Drills for the 2021 season.  Ice times are Tuesday & Wednesdays at the Coca-Cola arena from 4:00pm -4:45pm

Our dynamic on ice sessions include:

• Passing, Puck Control, Shooting to Score and High Performance Edge work and Skating
• Step by step progressions that will allow players to gain more control and confidence with and without the puck.
